Standard delivery within the UK is FREE on all orders. This is via 1st class mail and usually takes 1-2 days but can take a bit longer. If you require your costume urgently we offer an express delivery service, usually guaranteed next day for an extra £5.95 by UK Mail couriers providing your item is in stock. Orders should be placed before 3.00p.m. for this service. If choosing this option please ensure you provide an address where there wil be someone in (this can be a work address). If Saturday delivery is required we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for £8.95 per order. For next day delivery schedules please see the table below.
Items will usually be posted out within 48 hours of payment being received. If an item is out of stock you will be informed by email and advised of the likely date the item will be available. You may then decide to wait or cancel your order. Please note delivery to USA is approx. 7 working days.
If for any reason you need to return your costume it must be unworn and returned in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days. The amount of refund will be the value of the item LESS £3 to cover the actual cost of posting the item to you and handling charges, unless Next Day delivery was paid for, in which case the full purchase price of the item will be refunded but not the postage charge.
