Where Are We?
DELIVERY
Standard delivery within the UK is £3.95 on all orders. This is via Royal Mail and usually takes 3-4 days but can take a bit longer.
Express Delivery service, usually next day delivery, for £6.95 by Interlink Express couriers providing your item is in stock. Orders should be placed before 3.00p.m. for this service. If choosing this option please ensure you provide an address where there wil be someone in (this can be a work address). If Saturday delivery is required we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for £8.95 per order.
Items will usually be posted out within 48 hours of payment being received.
If an item is out of stock you will be informed by email and advised of the likely date the item will be available. You may then decide to wait or cancel your order.
Please note delivery overseas is approx. 7-10 working days.
RETURNS
If for any reason you need to return your costume it must be unworn and returned in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days. We do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygiene reasons all sales on the following items are final and not eligible for returns; makeup, eyelashes, tights, wigs, contact lenses, underwear, and masks
The amount of refund will be the value of the item LESS postage costs.
